Mini Egg 7 Layer Magic Bars
And trust me… they are MAGIC!!
Jeepers you guys, it’s been a month since my last blog post! But I haven’t been baking or cooking anything that deserves it’s own blog post!!
Anyways, let’s get to the recipe!
So I don’t know if you follow One Mile Ranch on Facebook or Instagram, (if you don’t, you need to) but Dena shared this recipe and now it’s a family favorite!
I haven’t made these bars in quite sometime but luckily I had all the ingredients and needed to make a “thank you” batch for some neighbors that were coming up the following morning to help me fix my tractor bucket that was trying to come off…
anything that can go wrong on the ranch, goes wrong when my husband is away….
Mini Egg 7 Layer Magic Bars
From the kitchen of Dena Lewis
Preheat the oven to 350F
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 cup of shredded coconut
• 1/2 chopped pecans
• 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups mini eggs, chopped
Directions
• Spray 9x13 baking dish
• Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, mix together, press into pan.
• Sprinkle shredded coconut and pecans over crust.
• Drizzle entire can of sweetened condensed milk over it.
• Top with both chocolate chips and mini eggs.
• Gently press down on top.
• Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
• Let cool in pan for about an hour!
I don’t add the pecans only because I don’t like them haha, but for anyone with a nut allergy, it’s an easy ingredient to omit.
Enjoy!
