Hella Good pancakes!

Pancakes are a staple in our house. My husband is the pancake making master and because of that, that has led me to have an odd obsession to make the perfect golden pancake every time.

Now this isn’t a homemade pancake recipe but this is an easy, quick, delicious alternative!

Krusteaz Pancake Mix! Found at Costco!

It has super easy instructions on the back of the package, as well as a waffle recipe! I have made the waffles a few times. If you do make them, they’re very “heavy” haha

Though my cooking temperature was a little high and I was distracted by our resident cow & calf moose demolishing our round bales, 98% of the pancakes are not a perfect golden brown…

But these 2 turned out pretty perfect!
